• $50 deposit per guest and host required for booking, goes towards Botox treatment
• Fully refundable if cancellation is 24+ hours prior to party, otherwise non-refundable

Host benefits:

• Host receives Botox/Xeomin at discounted cost of $10/unit for one full treatment
• Additionally, for every 6 guests (including host) who are treated, the host is entitled to receive one syringe of dermal filler injection at half price. (Price ranges from $550 to $750 depending on filler type.)
